1. General Return Policy
Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and unsoiled.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Packaged dried food gifts
Skincare and body care items
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@balugifts.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@balugifts.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to assist with the claim. If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
